Digitally Connecting with Nature
The reason I love this lesson plan is that it is very easy to adjust to any grade and it can be taught both virtually and in a classroom. I connected tech with the arts and created a lesson where students will use digital devices such as a phone, tablet, or even a camera and take pictures outside of our beautiful nature using the different camera angles taught in the lesson. I would use this fun activity in my future teaching because it shows students a way to use technology in an effective learning experience while connecting with nature and arts at the same time. It gets students to get up and explore the natural world around them in and I think it pulls away from the idea of tech only being used in a none active way.
This is an awesome lesson plan Adrienne! The integration of the arts make this lesson so engaging and exciting for students to participate in. It gives them lots of room for creativity which is great!
